The castle can only be entered after a series of encounters, starting with Griswold in his tent, followed by a visit to the drawbridge, an again a conversation with Griswold in his tent. Now you have either accompanied Griswold to the drawbridge (evil alignment), or kept him and his men save in their encampment (good). At this point an elderly lady will spawn where the gravestone down by cliffs is, she will provide the player with a map to enter the castle from below the castle sewers.
